I.Family Study – Hungary

The I.Family Study will start in Hungary on 15 April.

The families participating in the study will receive information brochures and consent forms via the school of the child. If the child has changed the school and we can’t identify the new institution, we will send the above documents via post.

Our intervention regions are Pécs and Mohács with control regions Zalaegerszeg and Nagykanizsa.

Our study will end in February 2014.

There will be a survey centre in both the intervention and control region. We will provide the possibility for those families who don’t want/can’t come to the survey centre to have a survey possibility at the school of the child.

From the aspect of the study we hope to achieve a 50% participation rate. Regarding the participants, we hope that we can provide a screening-like benefit for them, giving feedback on the results.
